My stay at El Roble Hotel in Bacalar was a delight! The air-conditioned rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The free WiFi throughout the property was convenient for staying connected. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were friendly and assisted us with tour information, ensuring we could explore the surrounding area with ease.The hotel's location, about a 20-minute walk from the town center, provided a peaceful retreat in a residential area. The complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby area were a thoughtful touch, perfect for starting the day. The room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with free toiletries, added to the comfort of our stay.We particularly enjoyed the rooftop area with its stunning views of the town and the lake. It was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the lake and the town's best restaurants made it a perfect choice for us.
